Foster internal chatter around a new DEI&B initiative with simple, authentic stories from colleagues around meaningful observances.

Asking colleagues to share their thoughts around emotionally charged cultural observances is a good way way to get people talking. It also requires a deft touch, patience, and the development of trust. Iā€™m proud to have helped start a series of internally produced episodes aimed at highlighting the feelings and insights these diverse observances bring to the surface for team members.
