The client wanted to do one thing: sell a lot of shoes. So we sold them on blowing the minds of eight-year-old girls with a movie trailer spot made just for them.
In the end, we both won.
We succeeded in talking this client off the ledge of a digital media plan targeted at parents, and instead create a spot/trailer that would run in front of summer blockbusters at AMC Theatres – and target tween girls directly. We look forward to the sequel.
